Family Yoga

We are taking enquiries for our family yoga, no classes are currently scheduled.

Take time out of your busy schedule to connect.

Each family yoga class is themed and built upon the principles underlying resilience and creating long term happiness such as compassion, gratitude and growth mindset.

No previous yoga experience required, families enjoy moving together, exploring partner poses, and learning how to calm the mind and body through breathing techniques, mindful activities and meditation.

Enjoy some quality time together.

Vic has supported our year 10 PE program for the past few years. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with, conducting engaging and age appropriate lessons that our kids have thoroughly enjoyed. We have been grateful that Vic was extremely flexible to our needs during, both offsite and online learning including conducting some video lessons for our cohort. We believe the benefit of a well-rounded PE program and having yoga as part of our program offers students of various needs and interests to participate actively in our PE program. Using Sanctuary Yoga in this regard we believe it caters for a greater amount of our students who can benefit from the huge amounts of rewards from both a physical and mental perspective that a Yoga class can bring. We can thoroughly recommend Sanctuary Yoga.
