Science is showing that meditation can make significant improvements to our physical, mental and emotional health.
Meditation can help us to understand and work with our emotions, deal with chronic pain, become less reactive, improve our relationships as we become more patient, and more compassionate. Through a regular meditation practice we can become more mentally and emotionally resilient, more able to deal skilfully with the ups and downs of life and actually build the grey matter in our brains for more joy, happiness and compassion and reduce the areas of the brain that make us reactive, and feel stressed and overwhelmed
In this mindfulness meditation course, we’ll be using proven techniques, backed by neuroscience, enabling you to integrate meditation into your life, no matter how busy you are.
To support you on this journey you will receive:
Straight forward practical strategies that even the busiest person can follow;
A course manual of support material, including a summary of the science of meditation, insights and guidance from internationally recognised meditation experts, and space to record your intentions and reflections, plus a list of further resources;
Weekly emails to inspire you and support your practice;
Audio recordings of the meditations to listen to in your own time (with on-going access beyond the course);
A range of meditation techniques so you can discover strategies that work best for you.

This program is delivered in-person however arrangements can be made to join us online if you are unable to make a session.
Vic is a mindfulness meditation teacher who has been teaching mindfulness to kids, teens and adults in a variety of professional, corporate and personal settings for the past 10 years. With her friendly supportive nature combined with science-backed proven strategies, even the most fidgety sceptic will be meditating in no time.
