Find below a selection of meditations designed to compliment Thriving Teens: Mindset Mastery program.
They are laid out in the order that they are introduced in the program, once you have completed the program feel free to use which ever meditation you enjoy 😊
Stop, Breathe, Chill
Give your mind and body time out to rest. Let the body relax, focus your attention on the breath and chill.
S - Stop, T - Take a breath, O - Observe, P - Proceed
Be - Be the person you want to be.

R - Recognise, A - Allow, I - Investigate, N - Need, what do I need in this moment?
Sounds and Thoughts Meditation
Notice the soundscape all around you. Allow sounds to come and go, allow thoughts to come and go. Observing thoughts without getting carried away by them.
Relaxation meditation: rest back, relax the body and the mind. A perfect meditation before bed.
4 minute Breathing Space Meditation
Give yourself a pause, a breathing space, to feel grounded, and to let thoughts and feelings settle.
Feel the floor beneath your feet and the breath in the body.
Counting the breath helps to anchor attention to the present moment and gives us space in the day.
